Create/update employee evaluation strategy. Implement long-term employee evaluation project for current staff, including documentation.
Onboard new employees, and current employees (if applicable), into company systems, conduct verify I-9 & E-verify, distribute company Offer Letters, Employee Handbooks, etc.
On-Site/Virtual Training Management for new and current employees, staff, contractors, and/or freelancers.
Conduct thorough Criminal Background Checks on incoming employees, staff, contractors, and freelancers.
Create and update job listings, and sponsored ads on one or more career websites / job boards.
Retrieve staff worked hours, implement payroll data into payroll systems, distribution of employee compensation and compensation packages, distribution of contractor compensation, liaison between employees and corporate Finance and HR departments, and create reports and analysis based on previous and current payroll data.
Create, review, and distribute invoices for monetary business transactions.
Track and manage daily, weekly, and/or monthly expenses. Create expense reports and expense analysis.
Manage online bill payments, create automatic payments, manually pay expenses and debts, create bill payment schedules, close dormant billed accounts, and create weekly billing reports.
Curate detailed social media profiles and optimize traffic by inserting links to the company website, landing pages, keywords, hashtags, and more.
Update all social media accounts regularly.
Write, edit, and share posts on social networks (a content creation strategy).
Conduct thorough analysis on traffic, engagement, shares, and mentions.
Actively respond to public comments made on business’s blogs and social media accounts. Respond to inquiries, share relevant information, posting promotional content, and thank customers for mentions and purchases.
Create comments on other blogs, participate in forums and message boards.
